Shocking news reaching our editorial can confirm that Former Kampala City Mayor Al-Hajji Nasser Ntege Ssebaggala alias Seeya has passed.
Ssebagala has been confirmed dead by the doctors at International Hospital Kampala where he had been admitted afterfor the past two weeks and placed in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Seya was admitted to the hospital after developing a disorder in his stomach, commonly referred to as intussusception.
Sebaggala born in 1947, was an independent presidential candidate in the 2006 general election before dropping out and joining the Kampala mayoral race.
