Bobi Wine Arrives for Presidential Nominations amid Heavy Teargas

The Police have this Tuesday morning thrown teargas canisters at the National Unity Platform (NUP) supporters in Magere all through to Kisasi, Ntinda and Nakawa who formed a procession and attempted to accompany their presidential aspirant, Robert Kyagulanyi, to Kyambogo for nominations.

The Electoral Commission had banned processions during the nomination process.

By press time, Kyagulanyi had arrived to appear before the Electoral Commission to be nominated today for the 2021 Presidential elections
