A vide making rounds on Social Media shared by Barbie Kyagulanyi Itungo has left many shocked as police openly shot at civilian who was recording the security deployed outside the building.
In the video she shared through her Facebook page, Barbie, also wife to NUP Presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi tagged a caption condemning the cowardly act.
“Shameless cowardly security operatives opening fire at unarmed civilian in fear of a phone camera” Said Barbie in the post.
