Through their lawyer, Ms Betty Alum, their attempt to be freed on bail ended futile.

“I am acting on behalf of the accused persons and I am praying for an order of release of the vehicles, and a motorcycle belonging to the accused persons. Your honor, I am instructed to apply for bail for the accused persons as well,” Ms Alum told our correspondent.

The charged have been ordered to return to court on December 23, 2020 for bail applications hearing.
