JUST IN: There is growing panic and unrest in the National Resistance Movement after yet to be identified individuals hacked and deleted social media accounts of their motor-mouthed bloggers, just days to elections.
The facebook pages hacked and deleted include that of Ashburg Katto, Jennifer Full Figure, Bajjo Events (all former aides and diehards of Bobi Wine’s People Power) and Isma Olaxess who recently survived being crashed in an accident.
Incidentally, all the pages were hacked and deleted at the same time in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
The bloggers are known to have been using these platform to lift praise for the incumbent and NRM presidential flag bearer Yoweri Museveni and while attack NUP’s Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine to silence his popularity and uprising.
By presstime, no group or camp had come out to claim or boast of being responsible for the cyber attack.
The development comes a few weeks after Bobi Wine’s affiliated social media pages including the original Ghetto TV and Map Mediya were also hacked and deleted as well.
