Nakaseke MP Hon. Lutamaguzi Ssemakula poisoned!

BREAKING NEWS: News reaching our editorial confirm that Nakaseke south Member of Parliament Hon Lutamaguzi Semakula has been hospitalized in critical condition after reportedly being poisoned during his campaigns trail in Semuto at Makayi.

The motor-mouthed DP cadre revealed the news through his facebook page saying that unidentified individuals wanted him dead before January 14 general elections after several counts warning served to him.

“MY FRIENDS I WAS POISONED AND ALMOST LOST MY THE LAST FOUR DAYS. RECOVERED ABIT YESTERDAY BUT THE DAY I HAD MY LAST RALLY IN SEMUTO AT MAKAYI.. I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE THE FOLLOWING THREE DAYS. A POLICE OFFICER HAD SECRETLY WARNED ME BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE THAT SOME PEOPLE WERE USING ALL MEANS TO KILL ME BEFORE ELECTIONS IMAGINE…” Lutamaguzi posted on Facebook.

He portrays that he stayed quiet about his wellbeing to keep his executioners in obscurity adding that when individuals caught wind of his circumstance, they began jubilating.

“I KEPT IT AS A SECRET WITH MY FAMILY BECAUSE THE KILLERS WANTED DEAD. I WANT TO THANK MY DOCTORS WHO DID EVERYTHING TO SAVE ME AND TREATED SECTRELY….I GOT NEWS YESTERDAY THAT SOME PEOPLE HAD STARTED CELEBRATING WHEN THEY HEARD THAT I LEFT MAKAYI VILLAGE WHEN I WAS HALF DEAD.NOW AM IMPROVING GREATLY,” he added.

Hon. Lutamaguzi is seeking votes to retain his position as Nakaseke South constituency legislator in the 11 parliament.
