Kyagulanyi urges supporters to download VPN before internet is disabled

KAMPALA- The National Unity Platform (NUP) Presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has cautioned Ugandans especially his supporters to down Virtual Private Network VPN before the government switches internet ahead of January 14th Presidential and Parliamentary elections.

Bobi Wine rushed to his social media to remind the countrymen and women especially those in the struggle stressing that the internet network is already experiencing some problem in loading accessibility to different pages.

He stresses that downloading VPNs will help them to remain communicating on the internet and sharing information regarding the day’s activities on Thursday 14th January 2021.

The presidential candidate added that Mobile money services will also be switched off and now advises Ugandans to prepare when it is still early so that every trick the government is planning to do is a failure.

“Make sure that you download VPN if you haven’t, so that you can keep the communication. We know they are also planning to switch off mobile money services. Please prepare accordingly” Kyagulanyi on VPN.
