As luck would have it, a call came through, inviting Kitandwe to an interview at Hima Cement Offices. He, however, was tending to his job at the construction site but all he had to do was ‘clean up’ a bit and head for Hima.

While he sorted the clothing part though, Kitandwe had one more thing to figure out – moving from the construction site to Hima Offices and a subtle decision was made, the grader!

Kitandwe ‘crush-landed’ but he was good to go.

“I got a job interview call from Hima Cement and I realised I would have been late if I first went home to change. So I grabbed my suit and papers and drove the grader from work and went for my interview with it,” Paddy said.

After shaking off the dust, Kitandwe headed inside for the interview.

Very many people on social media have since expressed distinct reactions to Paddy’s stunt at the Hima Offices.

“I really hope you get the job man! But what were you thinking, going for a job interview in a suit, using a grader? Tough paper!” NBS’ Canary Mugume reacted to Paddy’s video which is making rounds on social media.

Paddy, evident from his previous tweets, has been job-hunting for a while. Whether or not this stunt gets him his job is something that will be left to the interview panel at Hima Cement.

One of Kitandwe’s previous tweets.

The shrewd Kitandwe, in one of the tweets, mentioned that he is yearning for a job and once chance knocks on his door, nothing will stop him from pursuing it.
