Mugweri, said documents recovered from the pockets of Ambaga, indicate that he’s attached to the security details of the royal guards of Toro kingdom but absconded from duty from Kampala before surfacing in Adjumani to stage the robbery.

This was revealed by Moses Mugweri, the Adjumani Deputy Resident District Commissioner.

His death follows another incident in Mbarara city on Tuesday where a private security guard also gunned down a UPDF soldier attached to second division barracks in Mbarara.
