David Sigano Named East Africa Law Society Acting CEO

“The East Africa Law Society (EALS) informs its members, partners, and other stakeholders of the immediate appointment of Mr. David Sigano as its Acting CEO,” Oundo, said in a statement.

ARUSHA, TANZANIA: The East Africa Law Society (EALS) has appointed Mr. David Sigano as the acting Chief Executive officer (CEO), Daily Express has learnt.

A statement released by Benard Oundo the President of EALS confirmed Sigano’s appointment and will replace Hannington Amol whose contract period expired.

“The East Africa Law Society (EALS) informs its members, partners, and other stakeholders of the immediate appointment of Mr. David Sigano as its Acting CEO,” Oundo, said in a statement.

Sigano until his time of appointment has been the Society’s Programs Manager.

“The East Africa Law Society has embarked on the search for a substantive CEO and will communicate officially regarding a competitive hiring process.”

“We thank Mr. Hanningtone Amol for his service and wish him all the best in the next phase of his career,” the statement further read.

His untamed experience as administrator with a Master of Laws degree from Nottingham Law School and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi credited him well enough to assume the position.
