Premier Recruitment Limited, one of the leading recruitment agencies in Uganda and a subsidiary of Ruparelia Group of Companies, has opened up their first regional office in Mbarara.
The new Mbarara regional office is located along Kakoba round about in Kakoba division- Mbarara city is expected to solve the problem of accessibility of their services especially from the region residents.
According to officials, the move is intended to see company services extended to the regional residents from the Western part of Uganda.
Narris Nuwagaba was unveiled as the company’s Regional office representative, who will be directly reporting to the head of marketing and Agency department at head office in Kampala.
According to the Company’s Marketing, Public Relations and Activations Manager, Amon Baita, the newly launched office is part of the company’s big plan to save their customers across the country from the inconveniences and challenges that come with seeking for jobs abroad from Kampala based recruitment agencies .
“We are committed to providing a high quality, customer service driven and efficient service to both our candidates and clients with the utmost integrity, honestly and compliance processes and procedures. We do this by ensuring we maintain and grow a team of ambitious, hard working and driven staff who can deliver our service,” said Baita.
Premier Recruitment Ltd also kicked off a sensitization campaign dubbed “Youth Employment program” an event that was graced by the District Senior Labour officer, Mr. Africana Abomugisha.
Abomugisha in his speech said that this is the best opportunity for the people from western Uganda to access the jobs from abroad.
He however cautioned the management of Premier Recruitment not to be over excited and end up committing mistakes like those of past companies but benchmark on their past mistakes to strengthen and bolster their service delivery as promised to their customers. He also urged them to work hand in hand work with relevant security agencies.
Chandana Chaudrey, the Operations manager at Premier Recruitment cautioned the public to use only Bank slips, Momo pay or through regional agency office as payment systems while making registration so as to curb fraud cases that may arise.
