WEST NILE: Police in Terego District have arrested a Primary School Headteacher for reportedly defiling his own daughter.
The suspect, Tom Amayo, a headteacher of Yole primary school in Katrini Sub County in Terego district was arrested on Tuesday, April 20, following a tip-off by the victim’s uncles.
The Uncle to the victim alleges that the girl after suffering long with her father’s heinous acts decided to seek refugee at his house, who later arranged for the arrest of the shameless man.
Agnes Anyu, the Terego District Police Commander confirmed the arrest of Amayo and said he will be charged with rape, defilement, and torture.
