Tycoon Sudhir unveils mega plan for new ‘Kingdom Kampala Hotel’ Project

Kampala’s biggest Landlord and Property Mogul Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia has today unveiled with a new plan to construct a 200 roomed mega Kingdom Kampala Hotel in the city.

Sudhir, 65, the chairman and majority shareholder in the companies of the Ruparelia Group continues to prove his worth as an Investment guru with the new hotel project which according to his plans will kick start in 2023.

Kingdom Kampala Hotel according to architectural impressions this website has seen will be set up within the boundaries of Kingdom Kampala Plaza, another Ruparelia owned property located along the Nile Avenue in Kampala.

“The hotel will be known as Kingdom Kampala and we start work in 2023 and finish in 2026. It will have 200 rooms including suites and penthouses plus 226 very high-end apartments. It will occupy a total of 110,000 square meters and it will have 35 conference rooms,”, a source close to the Mogul tipped to this website.

The Ruparelia Group through its real estate arm- Meera Investments Limited, owns a string of hotels and more upscale commercial properties in and around Kampala.
