KISU excels with 100% pass rate in International Baccalaureate Exams

Kampala International School Uganda (KISU) has revealed that its scored a 100% pass rate in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma exams for the 2021 class, the Daily Express reports.

According to the results statistics seen by this website, 37.5% of the students managed 35 points or more, the best candidate collecting 40 points in total.

Accordingly, the average score in the Baccalaureate exams was 32 points, a score that implies that all KISU students are eligible to further their studies in top universities across the world.

About the Baccalaureate Diploma Exams

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is a two-year educational programme primarily aimed at 16-to-19-year-olds in 140 countries around the world.

The programme provides an internationally accepted qualification for entry into higher education and is recognised by many universities worldwide. It was developed in the early-to-mid-1960s in Geneva, Switzerland, by a group of international educators.

The IB diploma is accepted for entry in over 2,000 universities from 75 countries across the world.
