Isaac Atwijukire, the ED of Twinomujuni Children’s Home, a local orphanage says Tumwebaze, who was under the organization’s care sought permission from her matrons to leave and go see her grandmother in Bugongi.

“But instead of going home, when she reached town she joined a group of friends and went for leisure at Lake Bunyonyi,” Atwijukire said.
