MUKONO, UGANDA: The Uganda Christian University -UCU on Friday announced the untimely death of their own student who is said to have passed on in her sleep on Friday morning.
The University announced the deceased as Moraa Gloria Peninah, a second-year student who was pursuing a Bachelor of Governance and International Relations at its main campus in Mukono.
“We regret to announce the death of our dear student, Miss Moraa Gloria Peninah, a 2nd-year student of the Bachelor of Governance and International Relations. The deceased passed on this morning in her sleep at their family home in Kiwanga, Mukono,” UCU tweeted on Friday.
Family and friends were left in dire shock as details pertaining of Gloria’s death were still scantly by press time although close sources told this website that a postmortem booking had been secured to further investigations into the exact cause.
