STATE HOUSE, NAKASERO: President Yoweri Museveni is currently addressing the country on the state of Covid-19 in the country at State House in Nakasero Kampala.
The Presidential address that is being broadcast live on all Radio and Television Stations is centered around the covid-19 statistics, the virus positivity rate, and guidelines from when the last address was relayed on July 30, to-date.
Museveni addresses the country amidst public outcry to reopen bars, places of worship, and schools. These institutions have remained closed since the first lockdown in March last year(2020).
