Kolir youth chairperson asks Gov’t to construct Acomai Primary School

BUKEDEA DISTRICT: The youth Chairperson Kolir Sub-county Mr. Odong Vicent has asked central government to intervene in the situation of Acomai primary school in Kamutur sub county in Bukedea district.

Mr. Odong revealed this while addressing the youth of Kolir Sub-county and area councilors during the meeting held at Kolir Sub-county.

“It’s true, the local government has failed to construct this school, and now the headteacher is using the toilet as an office which is a shame to our district leaders and the entire ministry of education,” Vicent revealed.

He further said since the district local government has failed, why can’t the central government come in to rescue this situation before Schools reopen he begged.

Mr. Odong said if the funds were allocated to construct this school and the District has failed, why can’t madam Nakalama open an investigation into this matter and if found guilty of corruption, the responsible People should be brought to book.
