According to well-placed sources at the hotel facility, the Christmas Day menu will have a light cream of pumpkin soup mixed leaf salad, caribbean plantain salad, Thai papaya salad with mango, bocconcini mozzarella and tomato salad, beetroot salad, coleslaw salad among other delicacies.
Special Dishes: For cold sauces, there are French dressings, Italian dressing, aged Balsamic dressing, garlic and ginger sesame dressing.
