JOB ALERT: Kampala Parents’ in search for Deputy Principal Academics ahead of full reopening

After a year of paying tribute to the deceased Deputy Principal, Kampala Parents School (KPS), a private mixed primary school in Naguru has announced that they are now healed and looking for a replacement to fill the position as the school warms up for the full reopening due early next year.

In an announcement released via the school social media channels, KPS stated that the requirements for one to get shortlisted for the interview should have a minimum experience of 7 years as a classroom teacher across the primary age range.

A successful candidate is expected to earn between Shs. 2,500,000 – Shs. 3, 500, 000 as a take-home monthly salary.

Additionally, prior experience of curriculum leadership to promote pupils’ enjoyment in learning, managing teaching resources, and a curriculum budget is also key for a potential candidate for the position. Also, prior experience of devising and implementing strategies to deliver objectives and enable students to pass highly as expected.

As far as position status is concerned, one must have gone through the ranks of HOS / HOD and Head of Section in previous educational experience to apply for the job. The school adds that experience of developing a good relationship with a range of stakeholders and maximizing their contribution to raising standards also comes in handy with the job.

Age: Not Above 45 Years.

QUALIFICATIONS.

Masters Degree in Education/ Business Administration, Bachelors Degree in Education, 10 years experience in an administrative post.
