Recently, the Uganda Cultural center, Ministry of Gender, and the Health Ministry listed the dos and don’ts to the entertainment sector that attracts several revellers open in a crazy mood and too much excitement.

Among the guidelines, all revellers are supposed to be vaccinated before accessing entertainment places, all artists must be fully vaccinated and present a negative result tested before 72 hours of performance, the interaction between revellers and the artist was discouraged before during or after the event.

Others included the event organizers are supposed to ensure there is a space measuring not less than three metres between the stage and the revellers, all revellers will be required to wear face masks throughout the show and there should compulsory sanitizing.
But in Hoima city’s entertainment places such measures are not embraced.
