KAMPALA, UGANDA: Victoria University Kampala has appointed RnB singer Victor Ruz real names Wajja Victor as its new Brand Ambassador, the DailyExpress understands.
The development was confirmed by the VU Vice-Chancellor Dr. Lawrence Muganga urging the budding singer, also a student at the university to his position and fame to disseminate the message about VU, and what it offers uniquely of other educational institutions.
“Welcome to Victoria University, we’re so excited to have you as our University Brand Ambassador. you’ve done well out there, and we’re so sure you will represent us really well,” VC Muganga said in a short video you can watch below.
The Kikomando hitmaker joins Victoria University’s long list of brand ambassadors who include popular Ugandan celebrities and media personalities such as Baby Gloria, Fraida Nakazibwe, Bruno K, Shanitah Namuyimbwa, among others.
