Kampala Parents School (KPS), a leading private mixed primary school in the city center has announced new job vacancies seeking to recruit teachers and a swimming instructor at its prestigious Naguru-based campus.
In an announcement released via the school socials, Kampala Parents stated that young, dynamic persons who are result-oriented are being needed to take up the positions of two teachers for upper classes (P.5 to P.7) one to teach English and the other taking on the Science subject.
According to the job poster, the requirement for the teacher position is a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Early Childhood Development, four years of expertise in the field of teaching primary school pupils, not above 38 years of age, and should be as innovative as possible to blend with the dynamic school curriculum. A degree holder with the qualifications above is an added advantage, the school adds.
Additionally, the school is also seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual as a swimming instructor, who should have at least a certificate in life-saving and coaching, with ICT skills as an added advantage.
The swimming instructor will mainly be tasked with the duties of; developing and delivering swimming lessons to learners, delivering a training program for the school, and swimming team, monitoring the swimming pool at all times, and as well as taking charge of any swimming competitions the school team participates in.
“Interested persons should send their electronically prepared applications and C.Vs with recent passport size photograph to [email protected], indicating the subjects/areas of interest not later than Monday, 11th April 2022,” the announcement reads.
Written interviews for shortlisted candidates according to the poster will be conducted on Wednesday, 20th April 2022.
