KAMPALA, UGANDA: Police fire brigade on Wednesday morning responded to a fire incident that broke out at Chief Justice Alphonse Owiny-Dollo’s office at the Supreme Court Building in Kampala.
The fire whose cause was yet to be known is reported to have destroyed several office equipment and furniture on Wednesday morning.
The Chief Justice had yet to arrive at the court by the time of the incident.
By press time, the Judiciary hadn’t commented on the matter but fire brigade cars were seen leaving the supreme court after calming the situation.
The Police fire brigade reported no injuries as a result of the abrupt blaze.
