Mayinja tells Museveni to go home in ‘Abantu B’aganye’ song (AUDIO)

Mayinja in the new song title “Abantu Baganye” claims that after taking a countrywide tour to preach the Museveni gospel, he has been met with resistance and hatred, with several citizens begging him to tell Museveni to leave power, adding that supporting Museveni has made Ugandans hate him more.

Singer Ronald Mayinja has released a new politically-motivated song titled “Abantu Baganye” asking President Museveni to leave power and go home, just a year after canvassing electoral votes for the 77-year old leader.

Mayinja is remembered to have dumped Bobi Wine’s National Unity Platform (NUP) in 2021 to join the NRM camp for whom he even released a song titled “Akalulu Kako Mzee” later adopted as Museveni’s theme song for the elections.

Mayinja was last year a staunch NUP supporter before turning against Bobi Wine to join Museveni’s NRM Camp

However, a year later, the flip-flopping musician has now composed another song titled “Abantu B’aganye” literally meaning “people have refused” asking Museveni to leave power, and go home to rest.

In the song (available for download below) Mayinja claims that after taking a countrywide tour to preach the Museveni gospel, he has been met with resistance and hatred, with several citizens begging him to tell Museveni to leave power, adding that supporting Museveni has made Ugandans hate him more.
