Kanyomozi replaces Kabuura on NTV as Pressbox rebrands to Sport Knights

NTV Sport Knights show will make its debut on the station airwaves tonight Monday, May 16, and will be hosted by a trio of sports journalists Patrick Kanyomozi, Ismael Dhakaba Kigongo, and Andrew Mwanguhya.

KAMPALA, UGANDA: Patrick Kanyomozi, a sports journalist, analyst, and sports editor at 93.3 KFM is yet again set for a maiden return on TV again a host of NTV Uganda’s Monday night sports show.

Earlier this month, NTV Uganda confirmed that the popular sports show “NTV Pressbox” was no more following Andrew Kabuura’s abrupt exit from the Serena-based station with rumors suggesting he had signed a juicy deal to join Next Media’s NBS TV.

However, after a fortnight, the NTV Pressbox show is set to return to the airwaves with now a new name NTVSportKnights and will be airing the same time on Mondays from10 p.m till late.

The new NTV Sport Knights show will make its debut on the station airwaves tonight Monday, May 16, and will be hosted by a trio of sports journalists Patrick Kanyomozi, Ismael Dhakaba Kigongo, and Andrew Mwanguhya.

Kanyomozi is the President of the Uganda Sports Press Association and a columnist with Daily Monitor, a publication owned by the Nation Media Group. Previously, he worked as a Sports Presenter and Analyst on UBC, and a Sports Commentator on Kwese TV Sports.
