How NRM’s Okwere is a ‘Blessing’ to many communities in Bukedea and Teso

He has so far helped communities around Bukedea county with repairing and maintaining boreholes that were not working in a bid to maintain safe water for his people.

BUKEDEA, UGANDA: We used to hear that only those in political offices can help community members to access safe water and other essential services, but these days it’s a vice versa.

Mr. Beecham Okwere is doing meticulous things that no one can believe. He has so far helped communities around Bukedea county with repairing and maintaining boreholes that were not working in a bid to maintain safe water for his people.

Besides, Beecham has also maintained his social aspects with community members by engaging them on various issues that influence development. Over the recent weeks, Mr. Okwere was seen meeting various LC1s and LC2s in Bukedea district, engaging them on government programs mostly the ongoing Parish Model.

His actions have so far given the incumbent leaders sleepless nights with many of their camps bubbling on what would be Okwere’s next move.

But sources close to Beecham Okwere have revealed that the God-fearing man is eying at Area member of parliament Bukedea county, the position currently occupied by Hon John Bosco Ikojo.

Music lyrics about Okwere Beecham’s contribution to the communities have already hit the ears of the voter with many songs advising the voters to choose Okwere come 2026.

However, when DailyExpress contacted him about the development, Mr. Okwere acknowledged his contribution towards the communities and the entire Teso region.

He also admitted that ” if people love you” why can’t you listen to them,, if the people of Bukedea county want me as their member of parliament in 2026, what is wrong with that” he explained.
