The Mega Pearl Business Park

Ruparelia Group, through Meera Investments Limited, will build the 18-acre mixed-use facility on the premises of the former Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) headquarters on Yusuf Lule Road in Kampala.

The schematic descriptions say, the first phase is expected to be completed in 2023. Phase one of the project will cater to office space while the building will have 16 lettable floors with 27, 240 sqm of built up area. There will be two parking floors, accommodating 360 cars.

The architectural designs and bill of quantities for the engineering works are still being prepared, but the construction is estimated to cost $40m (Shs140b).

NAM summit comprises 120 countries that are not aligned to any of the rival eastern and western power blocs and it was founded during the Asian-Africa meeting in Bandung, Indonesia, in 1955.  In its early years, NAM pursued decolonization.

Yes, those are one of the multi Billion Projects Sudhir Ruparelia is currently constructing, of course, there are other projects the money magnate is constructing but Uganda News Network has managed to publish only the above.
