Singer Sonu Nigam a celebrated and India’s finest singer is in the country to thrill fans ahead of India day celebrations to mark the country’s 75th independence from British colonial rule after 200 years on August 15, 1947.
Nigam who jetted into the country on Friday afternoon from India is currently residing at Speke Resort Munyonyo. He will perform be performing tomorrow Saturday 13th. 2022 at Speke Resort Munyonyo.

Born 30 July 1973, Sonu Nigam is an Indian singer, music director and actor. He has been described in the media as one of the most popular and successful playback singers of Hindi Cinema
He has been honored by the Government of India with Padma Shri, the country’s fourth-highest civilian honour for his contribution in the field of arts.
He has received 17 nominations for Filmfare best playback singer, 10 nominations for Filmfare awards South and is a winner of record 4 times (9 nominations) for IIFA Award for Best Male playback singer and received Oscar Academy Awards nomination in 2014 for soundtrack of Jal composed by Sonu Nigam and Bickram Ghosh together.
He was ranked the Number 1 artist on the US Billboard Uncharted charts twice in September and October 2013.
