OTUKE, UGANDA: The Archbishop of Church of Uganda, the Most Rev Dr Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu urged men in Lango not to be polygamous in marriage.

During his pastoral visit that took place on Wednesday 16th November 2022, at Orum Archdeaconry in Otuke district, the archbishop urged men to desist from polygamous lifestyle and come to God.

According to the most Rev. Stephen Kazinda Mugalu, some women wrongly move to the witch doctor in order to change the heart of their husbands but they should instead turn to God and pray to change the minds of their husbands.

He however taught women how to pray to God in case their husbands begin to sneak out as quoted below:-

‘’Lord God My Husband has not come back, but I love him. I ask you that where he has slept, in another woman’s house sent him a rumbling stomach so that he is chased by that woman when he has not done anything to the woman. Oh God’’ Said the Archbishop.

Archbishop is still in Lango for his pastoral visit where he has moved to several areas of West Lango recently and he will visit several areas in the diocese of Lango among them Boroboro
