Dr Israel Masiko Kafeero is the new and seventh Vice-Chancellor of Bugema University. Kafeero was installed as the Vice Chancellor on Saturday, February 25, in a ceremony at the Bugema University main campus.
While installing him, Dr Ndimukika urged Kafeero to accept God’s guidance in this new role and always be open to reach out for guidance and help while executing his duties
On his part, Dr Kafeero pledged to lead Bugema University into the direction of training students to become self-sufficient and not just look for jobs in the struggling economic environment.
He called upon colleagues to help him achieve this goal to continue to grow the glory of Bugema University.
The installation ceremony was attended by dignitaries from the Seventh Day Adventist Church leadership, Ministry of Education officials and MPs Robert Ssekitooleko (Baamunanika) and Noah Wanzala (Nakasongola Central).
