The group were released on a cash bail of Shs500, 000 with their sureties each with a noncash bond of Shs2 million.
The army court also ordered the four not to go beyond Kampala and Wakiso districts and that they should report to court twice a month every after fourteen days as to when required in court.
Should they breach of any of the bail terms, court warned that this will lead to automatic cancellation of their bail and be rearrested again.
Brig Mugabe adjourned case to Tuesday, April 4 for a successive hearing that will be conducted without the presence of the public and journalists.
This according to court was on request of the state witness who cited intimidation from the public and requested for protection.
