Gertrude Nagadya, a resident of Nyangereka A, said they heard Tumusiime’s children screaming but they ignored them after seeing their father passing by.
“After hearing his children screaming we thought maybe the father was disciplining them, we just took it for granted”. Residents regretted
According to the residents, Tusiime had been a boda boda cyclist but his employer had taken it away from him and his wife had also divorced which may have led to the murder due to psychological disorder.
