According to the victim, the thugs tied her arms with a rope, closed her mouth and eyes with a piece of cloth, entered her room, and took off with her money.
‘’They came to my home like cassava flour buyers, tied my arms with a rope, closed my eyes and mouth with a piece of cloth, entered my room, and took off with my money,’’ Kayeny narrated.
Kayeny added that the thugs were three in number, with one armed with either something like gun and panga, and dressed in a black raincoat. ‘’They were three in number, and one of them was holding something like a gun, dressed in a black raincoat,’’ she said.
The victim speaking to DailyExpress said that after struggling from where she was tied, her son managed to wake up and make an alarm that attracted neighbors for rescue.
