SAD: Ugandan student dies in Ireland on her Birthday

The deceased was daughter of Mr Muhirwa Rogers and Mrs Jacquiline Muhirwa, both residents of Bwerenga- Entebbe, in Wakiso district.

ENTEBBE, UGANDA: Patricia Arinda Muhirwa, a Ugandan student who was studying at University of Limerick in Ireland sadly passed away, on her birthday, family sources have confirmed.

The family source without revealing the cause of death told this publication that Arinda died on 29th, April 2023, in Dublin, Ireland, where he was pursuing her education.

The deceased was daughter of Mr Muhirwa Rogers and Mrs Jacquiline Muhirwa, both residents of Bwerenga- Entebbe, in Wakiso district.

Across social media platforms, friends have shared obituary messages following the student’s passing, many bemoaning the loss of such a young beautiful soul at a tender age.

“Such a young beautiful soul. May God’s Angels receive her, Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her may her soul Rest in peace AMEN” one Doris Kemigisha Wrote.

According to a funeral program released by the family, there will be a requiem mass for the deceased this Friday, May 12th, and the official burial will take place at their ancestral home in Kashari Rubindi – Ruhumba Kahihi Village on Saturday, 13th May 2023.
