“I was informed by the village chairperson was hacked to death for unknown reasons because we as his relatives, know him as a good person but it’s so unfortunate that he has been murdered in cold blood,” Ssebaduka said.

ASP Peter Kayemba the Kisiita police OC station confirmed the murder case and added that investigations have commenced to have the assailants brought to book.

“As police, we condemn such hooliganism acts because suspecting someone does not give the right to punish him/her and even mob justice is a crime so our investigations have commenced and we shall arrest and convict anybody who will be found to have connections in this killing,” he said.
