Movit rewards mothers as ‘Baby Junior’ campaign ends

KAMPALA, UGANDA: Movit Products, the leading manufacturer of personal and body care products in Uganda has rewarded winners of the Baby Junior campaign with several gifts.

On May 1, 2023, ahead of Mother’s Day, Movit Products through its Baby Junior brand ran a digital campaign dubbed, “Mom’s Cute Moments With Baby’” to recognize motherhood.
The 2-weeks campaign took place on both Facebook and Instagram Baby Junior pages.

The winners were selected from the more than 1449 participants who had the top most inspirational photo stories shared on the platforms and walked away with different prizes, including an opportunity to appear on Baby Junior billboards and Baby Junior goodies.

They included; Persie Nshuti, Zitty Peace Apio, Champion Adela Otuko, Kamahoro Babiirah, Malaika Racheal, Oliver Kyobe, Annet Kabanda, Fyoner Fifi, Namugga Maryan, Basemera and Aida Musa from Bunamwaya, Bwebajja, Namugongo, Ndejje, Zana, Lungujja, Busega, Najeera, and Kajjansi respectively.

Speaking at the reward ceremony held on May 27, at Moving Ads offices, Mutungo, the Baby Junior Brand Specialist, David Beinomugisha said the initiative was held to inspire mothers to be the best moms.

“Mom’s Cute Moments With Baby is a campaign that reflects the joy of caring for a baby which the Baby Junior brand stands for. We believe that prioritizing a mother through such initiative helps to create awareness of good mothering practices,” Beinomugisha said.

Meanwhile, the winners appreciated Movit Products for the initiative describing it as a sign of giving back to the customers.
