City Businessman Godfrey Kirumira, Hamis Kiggundu, and Dr Sudhir Ruparelia giving Juliana money at a wedding function

Popular Ugandan business moguls; Dr Sudhir Ruparelia (Ruparelia Group), Hamis Kiggundu (Ham Entreprises) and Godfrey Kirumira Singer were filmed showering singer Juliana Kanyomozi with loads of cash during a wedding function over the weekend.

Juliana who was performing at the wedding of the couple of the day (Rose and Albert) struck performer’s gold as guests were seen serenading along with her eye-catching performances.

Among the guests was the trio of Ugandan businessmen who were sitting at the same table with all eyes on the songbird before they all started handing out money to her.

Godfrey Kirumira Kalule, who is the Honorary Consul of Namibia to Uganda, a businessman, real estate developer, and philanthropist, was first in line to hand the singer an unspecified amount of money in Shs50,000 notes. He also looked like Kanyomozi’s chaperone to his mates to cough up money.

Next to “Tip” the singer was businessman and real estate and property developer Hamis Kiggundu. Kiggundu is also spotted handing over a couple of Shs50,000.

Business magnate and investor Dr Sudhir Ruparelia was next in line but unlike his friends, he handed Kanyomozi a couple of dollars rumoured to be in millions of Ugandan shillings.

The three businessmen are known for their public display of wealth. In April this year, Kirumira and Kiggundu splashed money on the wedding of fellow businessman Paul Mulundannume Ssembatya, with the latter handing him Shs100 million while Kirumira’s contribution wasn’t publicised.

In May this year, Kirumira was quoted saying “I’ll show you how to enjoy money if you don’t know how,” while talking about the luxurious life he gives to his wife.
