ONC Boss takes Museveni’s gospel of money economy to Luweero, donates equipment to empower youths

Luwero, (UG): The Head of Mobilization in the Office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC), SPA/PA Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye has urged the residents of Luweero District to develop the culture of entrepreneurship if they are to enter into the money economy as advised by President Museveni.

Hajjat Namyalo was speaking to thousands of Bazzukulu who convened at Kasaala playgrounds in Butuntumula sub-county, Luweero district at an event to celebrate the belated International Youth Day (on Thursday, October 05).

In her speech to the warm-hearted masses, Hajjat Namyalo who presided over the celebrations as the chief guest commended residents of Luweero district at large for their continuous support to President Museveni before and after he captured power further noting that her boss acknowledges the support and doesn’t take it for granted.

The Workaholic ONC Boss who is on a national mission of spreading the gospel of wealth creation and self-empowerment told the fully charged audience that her office does not give cash however they give items and equipment that can help the youths and the entire population to improve their livelihood.

It is on this basis that she donated an assortment of items including, sewing machines, popcorn machines, hair driers, hair-cutting machines, hoes, seeds, fertilizers, sprayers, slashers, and grinding machines among others to the youths.

Hajjat Namyalo appealed to the youth to use these items well to empower themselves economically and get out of Poverty as advised by the President. ”I call upon all of you who have received these tools to utilize them to get something to put in your pockets,” Ms Namyalo said, adding that she will return with the president to purposely empower women in the district which is so significant in the NRA/Movement that has progressively led Uganda under the stewardship of President Museveni.

On the issue of land grabbing, Hajjat Namyalo scoffed at the greedy thugs who chase people away from their lands and urged the locals to rise up and defend themselves against them to secure their land.

”Get prepared to fight land grabbers(thugs), His excellency has never sent anyone to come and chase you away from your land, that’s a typical lie. Please get prepared and alert your neighbours, police and security for help and work together to fight land grabbers” Namyalo said, before telling the masses that her office (ONC) now has a toll-free number they can call to report those misusing government offices, and land grabbers and where services are not delivered to those in need.

The fully charged masses ended the day’s celebrations by endorsing President Museveni to come back in the 2026 general elections through the ONC theme dubbed #JajjaKuBallot2026 and further tasked Hajjat Namyalo to deliver their message of appreciation to the NRM Chairman for remembering them.

The International Youth Day Celebrations in Luwero District was Thursday graced by a wide range of government officials, NRM Bigwigs, and the entertainment sector headlined by Singer Gravity Omutujju along with other musicians within the central region.
