The match between Uganda Martyrs Ladies and Asubo Ladies ended in a dramatic 2-2 draw. Asubo Ladies took an early 2-0 lead, but Uganda Martyrs fought back with goals from Moureen Kiiza and Latifah Nakasi, securing a crucial point.

UCU Lady Cardinals claimed their first victory of the season with a 2-0 win over Wakiso Hill WFC. Catherine Nakiridde and Ritah Adero were the heroes, finding the back of the net and securing a well-deserved win for the University side.

Defending champions Kampala Queens FC maintained their dominance, securing a 2-0 victory against Rines SS WFC. Fazila Ikwaput and Zaina Nandede scored early in the first half, solidifying their position at the top of the league table.

Lady Doves and She Maroons FC battled to a thrilling 2-2 draw in a closely contested game. Sumaya Nsisi and Winnie Nabbale scored for the hosts, while Anita Babirye netted a brace for She Maroons FC.

On another note, UCU Lady Cardinals secured their first win of the season by defeating newcomers Wakiso Hill WFC 2-0. Catherine Nakiridde and Ritah Adero were instrumental in the victory, showcasing the team’s potential.

In a Sunday clash, defending champions Kampala Queens FC continued their impressive form, clinching a 2-0 win over Rines SS WFC. Fazila Ikwaput and Zaina Nandede’s early goals secured their third win in four games, keeping them at the top of the league.

Lady Doves and She Maroons FC couldn’t be separated as they played out a thrilling two-all draw in Masindi. Sumaya Nsisi and Winnie Nabbale found the net for the hosts, while Anita Babirye scored a brace for She Maroons FC.

In a touching moment, all games over the weekend observed a moment of silence to honor the late 2nd Vice President Darius Mugoye, who passed away earlier in the week.

The anticipated clash between Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC and Makerere University WFC didn’t take place, as the former had several players on the Uganda U20 Women’s National Team that played Senegal away on Saturday.
