PICTORIAL: Magogo applauds Ham for remarkable progress at Nakivubo stadium

Kampala, (UG): The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) President, Eng. Hon. Magogo Hassim Moses, alongside the first vice president Mr Justus Mugisha and Executive Committee Member Mr Ronnie Kalema on Tuesday undertook a guided tour of Nakivubo Stadium.

Accompanied by State Minister for Sports Hon. Peter Ogwang, National Council of Sports Chairman Ambrose Tashobya, and General Secretary Dr Bernard Patrick Ogwel, among other officials, the purpose of the visit was to assess the latest developments at the stadium, which is nearing completion for public use.

Expressing his satisfaction with the ongoing developments, FUFA President Magogo extended gratitude to the developer, Mr Hamis Kiggundu alias Ham, for making substantial investments in creating a facility that meets international standards.

The nearly completed Nakivubo Stadium is poised to play a pivotal role in addressing the country’s sporting infrastructure challenges.

The president’s positive remarks underscore the importance of such endeavours in elevating Uganda’s position on the global sporting stage.
