Uganda Premier League: BUL stun Vipers to maintain top spot, KCCA prevails against Villa in Kampala derby

In a riveting Uganda Premier League clash, Bul FC emerged triumphant against Vipers SC, disrupting the latter’s unbeaten home streak that had endured for over two years.

The 2-3 victory, marked by stellar performances from Nicholas Mwere, Lawrence Tezikya, and Ibrahim Mugulusi, propelled Bul FC to maintain their top spot in the league standings.

Vipers SC, known for their formidable home record, hadn’t faced defeat at Kitende since November 2021 when they succumbed to a 2-0 loss against URA FC. 

However, Bul FC’s relentless attack shattered this long-standing fortress, leaving fans in awe of the unexpected turn of events.

Meanwhile, KCCA FC secured a crucial away win against SC Villa with a final score of 1-2, adding valuable points to their campaign. 

In another exciting encounter, Soltilo Bright Stars FC managed to overcome UPDF FC with a 2-1 victory, further intensifying the competition in the league.
