Details emerge on girl who stabbed Kampala hairstylist Arnold Barber in domestic fight

Kampala, (UG): The community in Makindye and the neighbourhood is still in shock and grief over the unfortunate incident in which a 21-year-old Atwine Shina killed herself after reportedly stabbing her boyfriend (Arnold Senkungu, 24) after the two had a bitter argument at their home in Kabalagala, a suburb in Makindye Division.

Arnold popularly known as Arnold Barber has been a renowned hair stylist and barber in Kampala, and son of Brian Barber, also a brand name in styling celebrities in the country.

DailyExpress understands that the late couple left behind a five-month-old baby.

According to information obtained by this publication, it is alleged that Arnold Barber and his baby mama first had a heated argument, which later took a dark turn.

As the disagreement propelled, the baby mama stabbed Arnold Barber to death, leaving those who knew him questioning how such a talented and well-liked individual could meet such a tragic end.

Arnold Barber’s legacy as a skilled barber will not be forgotten. His dedication to his craft and his ability to transform hair into works of art earned him a loyal clientele, including some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry like Feffe Bussi and DJ Shiru, among others.

Girl faked education to swindle money from parents

DailyExpress has further established that the girl (Atwine)’s parents were shocked to learn that their daughter had faked her education at university and swindled their money under the disguise of tuition.

The lady had been cohabiting with her boyfriend yet the parents knew she was staying in the hostel all along.

Prior reports show that Atwine had confided in a friend about mistreatment which prompted her to buy a new knife possibly indicating the premeditated murder of her man.
