FUFA appoints Belgian Paul Put as new Head Coach of Uganda Cranes

Uganda Cranes Head Coach Put Paul Joseph has revealed a provisional squad of 25 players for the upcoming international friendly against Kuwait.

The much-anticipated match is scheduled to take place in Cairo Egypt, on January 19th, 2024.

To fine-tune their strategies and team dynamics, the Cranes are set to enter a residential camp at Cranes Paradise Hotel in Kisasi on January 11, 2024.

Following this intensive preparation, the team will make their journey to Egypt four days later.

The selected squad is exclusively composed of talented players currently making waves in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League with a formidable lineup of players in various positions, showcasing the depth and skill present in the Ugandan football scene.

Notable names like Muhammad Shaban, Milton Karisa, Denis Omendi, Hannington Ssebwalunyo, Kenneth Semakula, and Ronald Ssekiganda are among those summoned for the exciting clash.

As fans eagerly anticipate the showdown, the Cranes aim to demonstrate their prowess on the international stage, representing both their nation and the vibrant talent within the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
