The highly anticipated ladies’ final match lived up to its billing, with both teams showcasing incredible skill and determination.

KCB Nkumba’s comeback was sparked by the introduction of a new setter, who brought a fresh level of quickness and dynamism to the team’s play.

Coach Tony Lakony beamed with pride as he praised his team’s performance.
“The turning point was the addition of our new setter. The team showed incredible spirit, resilience, and confidence. They executed our plans with discipline and precision,” Lakony said in an interview with DailyExpress.

Lakony attributed the team’s success to their strong bench and strategic lineup changes.
“Every player contributed to our victory. We used different lineups and strategies to win the league, and it paid off,” he added.

The championship win was a sweet victory for KCB Nkumba, who had been working tirelessly throughout the season. The team’s triumph is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and teamwork.
