ONC Boss Namyalo pays courtesy visit to Busoga Premier Joseph Muvawala

Jinja, (UG):- The Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs and Manager of the Office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye on Friday paid a courtesy visit to the Prime Minister of Busoga Kingdom, Dr Joseph Muvawala at his residence in Jinja.

Hajjat Namyalo, also known as the Chief Muzzukulu was joined by Buganda Premier Owek Charles Peter Mayiga who is on a three-day courtesy visit to Busoga Kingdom.

The ONC boss arrived at the Premier’s residence with a delegation from the Kyambogo office and was welcomed by Dr. Joseph Muvawala who ushered them inside the Palace.

Also in company with Dr Muvawala were; Busoga Kingdom Ministers Owek Yudaya Nabirye (Kyabazinga Affairs), James Mukembo (Youth), Nasabu Nantale (State for Education), Busoga Kingdom’s Permanent Secretary Godfrey Ssajjabi and David Agha Isabirye (State for Information) and also Member of Parliament for Jinja Northern Division.

After a few minutes, Chief Muzzukulu Namyalo engaged in a private meeting with Muvawala and Mayiga and later had dinner together before embarking on a return journey to Kampala for Singer Sheebah’s Neyanziza concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

SPA Namyalo’s visit to the Busoga Kingdom highlights the ruling NRM party’s commitment to fostering strong relationships with Uganda’s cultural institutions.
