Kampala, (UG):- Ugandan gospel singer and evangelist Pastor Bisaso Simeonel has launched a book that will guide worshipers on how to go about their ministerial calling
The Exodus Christian Church founder (Nakulabye) launched the book titled Life in worship leading at a concert he held at Imperial Royale Hotel on Friday 15th, November 2024. The book explores the essential qualities of a worship leader, emphasizing the importance of character over talent.
The publication also addresses the challenges faced by worship leaders, ranging from logistical hurdles to internal battles and it underscores the significance of worship as a profound act of connection with divine purpose, rooted in biblical tradition and characterized by intimate fellowship
Before launching the book, he first held a live music performance he named the Bisaaso Experience, 2024 which was attended by members of his church ministry, his fans, supporters and family members
He said the book is dedicated to all the worshipers worldwide who earnestly seek to worship the lord Jesus with a deep understanding of who he is.
“To all lovers of the saving gospel of Jesus Christ, who expressed through worship music, your unwavering commitment to proclaiming the good news through songs is a testament to the transformative power of worship,” Pr Bisaso said
He dedicated the book to his mentors and Parents Pastor Nelson Kabuuka and Justine Kabuuka and said that it’s their encouragement that has made him reach this milestone
“Your guidance, wisdom and encouragement have shaped me a fervent desire to lead others into the presence of God with reverence and humility,” he added.
Bisaso’s Gospel Music Journey
Bisaso began his music career as a child and was mentored by his father and mother to be a minister and a gospel artist. On 6th March 1999, he got saved during Sunday school days with his parents
In 2005 while attending Lubiri SS, Bisaso formed a gospel music group called Dynamics that performed in different schools around Uganda
In 2006, they released their first studio album that later won the award of best RNB Group at the Viga Awards and has been working with the Exodus Mass Flavour Choir, which gained regional fame in doing quality gospel music
