Kapchorwa, (UG):- President Yoweri Museveni has donated UGX 100 million and a drone vehicle to journalists in the Sebei region.

The announcement was made by the President during an engagement with journalists on the sidelines of his Parish Development Model (PDM) tours in the region.

Museveni emphasized that the funds should be used to empower journalists economically, while the drone vehicle is intended to facilitate their transportation to and from the field.

He also urged private media investors to prioritize the welfare of their employees.

Earlier, the President had launched several development projects, interacted with PDM beneficiaries, and held a meeting with Sebei leaders, urging them to intensify oversight and ensure the success of government initiatives.
