Kampala, (UG):- The Ruparelia Group is set to unveil the first phase of its flagship real estate development, The Pearl Business Park, with the grand opening of Pearl Tower One set for February 2025.
Located at Plot 1, Yusuf Lule Road, the ambitious Ruparelia Group project marks a milestone in Kampala’s urban transformation and business infrastructure.
Pearl Tower 1, the inaugural structure in the 18-acre mixed-use development, stands tall with 19 floors, including 16 levels of premium office space and 3 dedicated to parking. The building offers a total built-up area of 37,000 square meters, with 24,000 square meters of prime lettable space and parking for over 360 vehicles.

The Pearl Business Park, according to the Ugandan billionaire, is designed as an integrated Grade A mixed-use business hub. “When fully completed, the park will comprise ten office towers, a 5-star hotel, a shopping mall, and a modern hospital. Strategically located at the intersection of Old Kiira and Yusuf Lule Roads, the business park offers unparalleled accessibility for both private motorists and public transport users,” he said.
“Its proximity to key landmarks such as Makerere University, Mulago Hospital, major banks, government offices, and essential facilities underscores its central role in Kampala’s commercial ecosystem.”
