The Senior Presidential Advisor (SPA) and Personal Assistant (PA) in charge of Office of the National Chairman, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye Monday paid a courtesy visit to the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Anitah Among in a significant step towards bolstering public service delivery in Uganda.
The meeting held at the Speaker’s office in Kampala, centered on strategies to elevate the quality of public services, which are seen as a critical driver for socio-economic transformation in the country.
During the discussions, Hajjat Namyalo emphasized the importance of aligning government programs and policies with the broader transformative vision as advocated for by Jajja wa’Bazzukulu President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
The ONC Boss highlighted that the President’s vision calls for deliberate and coordinated efforts among leaders to ensure that government initiatives directly address the pressing needs of communities across Uganda.
“We must work together as leaders to create lasting impact. Public service delivery is not just about processes, it’s about improving lives, fostering development, and building a resilient nation,” Hajjat Namyalo remarked.
She further emphasized the necessity of collaborative leadership in addressing existing gaps in service delivery noting that effective communication and joint planning among stakeholders are crucial in creating sustainable solutions that uplift the standard of living for all Ugandans.
Hajjat Namyalo expressed optimism about the fruitful outcomes of their discussions and reaffirmed her commitment to championing initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
“Our commitment remains to serve Ugandans better, ensuring that every citizen feels the impact of the transformation agenda. This is not just a responsibility; it is a shared vision for the betterment of our country,” she stated.

The Chief Muzzukulu also took the opportunity to rally leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to support the ongoing #MuzeyiKuBallot2026 campaign, which seeks to consolidate the progress achieved under President Museveni’s leadership and extend his term beyond 2026. She described the campaign as a platform for furthering the government’s transformative agenda while uniting Ugandans for the realization of sustainable developmental goals.
Namyalo concluded by extending her gratitude to Rt. Hon. Anitah Among for her steadfast leadership and unwavering commitment to improving the lives of Ugandans. She praised the Speaker’s dedication to fostering partnerships and ensuring that Parliament plays a proactive role in championing service delivery reforms.
